The Greenpill Writers Guild followed up On-Chain Impact Networks with another book collaboratively written by members of the Guild along with other public greats Onchain Capital Allocation Handbook, Explorers Edition. The book explores resource allocation in both traditional and blockchain based systems, diving into additional funding mechanisms along with governance mechanisms, cooperative models and applied use cases.

Operations and Socials
Took some time to catch our breath after the major push to finish the book before Devcon, but the ball is rolling again. We had a couple meetings but still need to determine the schedule and cadence for an open planning/working call. If anybody is interested in contributing, please make sure you have the “Writers” role in the Greenpill Network discord and say hi in the writers channel.
We made a twitter account and Charmverse. But still need to polish the workspace and may end up changing the handle so will follow-up with those links a bit down the line. Also created an account on Paragraph.xyz.
Greenpill Network Newsletter
The Writers Guild will be restarting the Greenpill Network newsletter to shine a light on what the Chapters and Guilds are up to. We’re looking forward to establishing an open line of communication between the Writers Guild and the Stewards. As with most things, it will be an iterative process of determining an efficient manner of collecting updates that benefits the collective knowledge of our community and aligns with the administrative effort of maintaining a Karma GAP profile.
Regen Educational Resources
The Writers Guild submitted an application for the Octant Community Fund to create informative content about their public goods funding ecosystem, along with an initiative to give out GLM as a proof of learning reward. The application is still being reviewed but fingers crossed since it aligns very well with our desire to build out the Regen Ecosystem Resource Library on the Network Charmverse.
We are also in the early stages of exploring what kind of supplementary material the Writers Guild can put together to build off of the (soon to be edited) recordings of Workshops hosted by the Dev Guild including Hypercerts, Passport, KarmaGAP and Allo Yeeter. Quick note that there are plans for additional Workshops in 2025 for Ethereum Attestation Service, multisigs/wallets and more.
Shout out to our late friend Izzy who helped lead the Writers Guild. Hopefully we can honor his legacy through exploration and education
