Greenpill Denver topic to discuss the development of the Greenpill Local Chapter and implementation of governance mechanisms and structures

Going to make a note here regarding the development of a Denver DAO structure. I think its important to have a charter / code of conduct and give governance to members to be able to vote and propose new guidelines or adjusting old structures. It’s important to keep structure welcoming and not be restrictive.

Defining voting periods and all these structures, and have a dynamic platform that allows for these adjustment, and measuring contributions or providing weights are all fascinating features. Rather developing out a structure / SDK to make it easier to implement or test out these different features for now will make it a goal for Q3 to implement a basic strategy and feature without worrying to much about the implications and imperfections the structure may have, this we can begin experimenting with what works best and what does not, and begin this phase of experimentation within local chapters sooner.

This is a great idea IMO. Very interested in reading about the results after Q3. Please keep detailed documentations to see how this could be scaled if possible. Thanks for your contribution and bring order to the Denver chapter.

Very interesting and would love to see if this can be implemented in GreenPill Nigeria after the proven fact.
